It was based in beautiful building in a marvellous and stunning location, in a Manor House. The stuff was kind and lovely all the time. Booked a room with huge towels.

The room was good-sized and had relaxing views of the hills and country. Its staff was lovely friendly and professional. The breakfast was amazing and marvellous, with a wide range of meals.

It was as expected, had a truly memorable stay for two nights at The Beeches. The location was great, at a walking distance from an English Heritage stone circle.

Breakfast with great fresh coffee too.

Free parking on site provided. Tasty and marvellous breakfast with plenty of delicacies and very attentive staff. Stunning location not far from the old railway line, restaurants and keswick over the weekend 

We stayed in the twin/double room with comfortable bed and furnishings and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Well, internet connection was weak.

Very clean room, modern decor, and well-stocked hospitality tray. Comfy bed ensured a good night's sleep. Delicious breakfast and friendly hosts. Convenient location with a manageable walk to town.

The whole room was tidy with excellent facilities, the extra large bed, for instance.

The place was great and nothing was too much trouble, I recommend it, my room was exceptional and airy with modern conveniences.

Marvellous location in the Lake District National park, exceptional room. Near Windermere and surrounding area, pubs and restaurants as well as town centre and keswick over the weekend for the first time😃🙂
